Martingale 4 levels:

- Level 1: Use the default multiplier (default system: 2.5x) - Invest more on the first loss.

- Level 3: Use a level 3 multiplier (default system: 2.5x) - Invest more when losing the 3rd time.

- Level 4: Use a level 4 multiplier (default system: 2.5x) - Invest more when losing the 4th time.
